The 321 homes that were reported sold this week pushed June sales up to 937 so far for the month. Compare that to exactly this day last month when 940 homes were reported sold for May. May finished with 1006 home sales so you can feel fairly confident we’ll get very close to 1000 or possibly go over once again. And it’s a no brainer that we’ll beat last years June sales total of 943.
There’s continuing good news with a nice backlog of homes under contract staying steady at over 2700 with 2033 contingent and 696 pending as of this morning in the Charleston MLS.
